Six years ago, our beloved Your Community Yoga Center teacher Sue Neufeld died on Mother's Day weekend. Her daughter Sara now offers this annual class in her memory. Join us for a morning of journaling, gentle movement, breath work, nervous system calming techniques, guided relaxation and meditation.

Whether you miss your mom, are an overwhelmed mom yourself, or have complicated feelings about the holiday for any one of innumerable reasons, you will be supported here. 

Admission is by donation to support the yoga studio.
Suggested donations: $30 for in-person attendance / $20 for Zoom.
No one is turned away for financial reasons.
