Mindfulness 101 is a 6 week introductory course based on principles developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Daily meditation practices enable us to slow down, be present and reduce emotional dysregulation.
This course provides simple instructions to increase insights and awareness, to make subtle shifts, moment by moment, creating and reliable loving connections to ourselves and each other.
Learn to be in the present moment in day to day life.
