This 4-week course teaches basic mindfulness strategies based on the foundations of the mindfulness-based stress reduction course. Participants will have the opportunity to practice and increase skills of being present and reducing reaction time.
Unrelieved stress and tension can cause debilitating symptoms and side-effects, including insomnia, eating disorders, anxiety and depression – conditions that create an internal disconnect and dampen our enthusiasm for life.
A regular Mindfulness practice can re-establish a sense of wholeness and well-being.
