Back by popular demand, we will be delving deeper into creative stress management techniques that we can apply in our daily lives. This is a class for anyone interested in the science of Yoga and Meditation.
You will also learn stress reduction, brain and mind enhancement, getting better sleep, and going beyond mindfulness meditation. A combination of various breathing exercises and meditative processes will be used. Anyone can join. This is a non-religious and very scientific class managed by a yoga expert.

The Power of Sleep
During sleep, our bodies are working to support healthy brain function and maintain our physical health. Getting inadequate sleep over time can raise our risks for chronic, long-term health problems.
Join Himanshu as he shares techniques to unlock the power of sleep. Improving quality and quantity of sleep helps to eliminate stress, aids in the healing process, and increases our ability to focus in life.
